Returning an item using DHL

To arrange a return with DHL, please contact your local DHL service point who can arrange a collection or help you find your local drop off point.

Please refer to this video on how to prepare your package for return or exchange, or follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Step 1

To return using DHL you will need:

  • 2 x DHL labels
  • 2 x Commercial Invoices
  • An adhesive document sleeve

...as shown in the image. All of these items will have been provided for you in the box.

Step 2

Attach the label with 3 barcodes to the box as shown. Place 1 copy of the commercial invoice in the provided sleeve on the side of the box as shown.

Step 3

This should leave you with a label with a single barcode, called the "*Waybill Doc*", and a second commercial invoice. Give these to the DHL employee at the service point, or to your DHL driver.
