This video follows every step of the process that goes into producing the exquisite Herring Monarch Slipper. The slipper is hand crafted by highly skilled workers of Bowhill and Elliot in Norwich. We show how these beautiful slippers are hand lasted, trimmed and pleated to the highest standards by this traditional English slipper making factory. We are proud that these slippers bare the Herring crest giving them a truly bespoke appearance.

Since 1966, we have been handcrafting our range in the UK, in the famous Northampton factories of Loake and Cheaney. Now, we present our latest collection in collaboration with Tricker’s.
The second partnership between our brands the Stow Suede will form part of the Herring Premier Collection. Made in the finest suede and available in five colours, the Stow Suede is a brogued boot, designed and made to the exacting standards of both Herring Shoes and Tricker’s.
Featuring a full leather lining, regarded as the best finish to have, the complete interior of the boot is lined with leather for greater comfort.
The Stow Suede also features a Welted Rubber sole, using the 44975 Tricker’s last and with a hand crafted, British Danite rubber sole, giving harder wear and better water resistance. A traditional construction technique, the sole is stitched to a welt giving greater comfort and excellent shape retention.
The Stow Suede is a peerless boot, fit for town and country.

The collection comprises of two boots aptly named the Charley and the Boorman, each made from the finest water-resistant leathers with durable rubber commando sole, storm welt construction and bellows tongues. Born from Charley Boorman’s desire for an English made boot he could ride with and then wear casually without looking like he had just stepped off his bike. The collaboration offers a unique combination of hardwearing quality, fine leatherwork and sartorial design.
The Charley offers brogue detailing in black waxy calf leather, with commando rubber outsole. The Boorman in smooth brown waxy leather, features a cuff with double side buckle fastening, locking away the laces.
