The Coltham Chelsea boot was featured on An Aspiring Gent this week. The Coltham is available in a great brown waxy leather perfect for winter. It is also Goodyear welted with a flexible leather sole and rubber forepart combining good looks with practicality. It’s handmade in the Loake factory in Northampton, England and available here.
British Choirmaster and Broadcaster Gareth Malone made a guest appearance on the Jonathan Ross Show on Saturday night along with Mo Farah and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Jonathan Ross immediately commented on the shoes he was wearing, a pair of Herring Fencote’s. This should not be a surprise, as the Carnaby is a beautiful brogue produced using the Goodyear welted construction by Barker specifically for Herring Shoes. The Voice contestant Jaz Ellinton has been interviewed in Hello magazine wearing our Richmond. The Herring Richmond is a classic full brogue oxford which is made in Northampton. It is made with the Goodyear welted constructed and is burnished by hand for a truly unique look.

Last week the Evening Standard featured our Herring Charley boot on the cover of their weekly ES magazine. The army inspired photo shoot was the perfect fit for the rugged Charley boot.
The Herring Charley boot is part of the collaboration with the writer, actor and travel adventurer Charley Boorman. Charley being a huge motorcycle enthusiast was looking for a pair of shoes that could as easily be worn walking down the street in a pair of jeans as wearing them on his bike.
