New product: The clever holdall

The Boringdon in dark chestnut

If we do say so ourselves, this is a super-smart holdall. Not just because it looks great, as you would expect from a Herring piece of luggage, but because it is so much more than a weekend bag.

We think the Boringdon is our most versatile bag design to date. Every detail has been thought through to create the ultimate work-travel bag. Let’s take you through the decidedly practical but also rather handsome details.

The outer structure of the bag is in fact an in-built suit/outfit carrier, complete with internal hanger hook.

There is a separate shoe compartment on the end of the Boringdon, for your favourite style from Herring, of course, to keep your footwear away from clothes.

There are several pouches for valuables and small items rather than these rolling around loose.

And then, there is the inner compartment for everything else.

It’s genius!

This high-quality leather holdall – in black and dark chestnut calf – has everything you need to travel flexibly and keep a smart outfit pristine alongside your casual travel gear.

It has a classy fabric lining and external pockets too. You can use a shoulder strap to keep your hands free but also has a pair of handles that can be bound together by a leather clasp.

We love this new bag and think you will too. It’s the perfect gift for the working or travelling person in your life.
