Sole mates: David Prutton

David Prutton

We are delighted to have David wear our shoes, we know the high standards that are needed when you are in the spotlight and making sure that you look the part is vital.

It’s fair to say Sky Sports presenter and ex-footballer David Prutton knows a thing or two about football. Pairing his football knowledge with a charismatic personality and trendy wardrobe, it’s no wonder David is the main Sky Sports presenter for their EFL broadcasts. If you aren’t seeing him on a Sky Sports channel then you will no doubt find him hosting sports podcasts and events outside of his football hosting schedule.

When he isn’t working David spends time with his wonderful wife, two children and their family dog, if there is any time spare he’ll be riding his Triumph or in the garage tinkering (we’re not sure if he spends more time tinkering or riding though…).

“It’s an absolute pleasure to be associated with Herring Shoes and all it represents. The quality, variety and advice that is inherently them makes it a truly unique company and I’m proud to be part of the Herring family.

From biker boots to brogues and everything in between, they have something for every occasion and the care and attention shown makes their customer service and experience second to none. Great people, great shoes and great times spent with all involved.
Cheers guys”- Prutts.

David’s top three pairs are the Herring Cirencester, Biker and Red Wing classic 6 inch moc.
