Sneakers

Many people consider 'trainers' and 'sneakers' to simply be geographical terms for the same type of shoe, but there is a subtle difference between the styles. Sneakers are casual styles which have a cup sole, whereas trainers have flat 'running soles' to allow for ease of side to side movement.
